Removing Spots & Stains

Whenever we are performing a carpet or rug cleaning job, we will want to start by finding any types of spots or stains that may be present and treating them first. This is important because it helps to get the whole area on the same general level in regard to what needs to be done. In addition, stains often require special treatment to be removed, so starting on them right away helps to ensure the job goes smoothly. Whether the stain is fresh or has set in for a long time, we can almost certainly get rid of it so you can't even tell it was there.

Edge to Edge Deep Cleaning

The next thing we will do is go over every inch of the carpet or rug with our deep cleaning machines. These carpet cleaners will remove all the dirt and other debris that has worked its way down into the base of the material. Our team will take their time to make sure that it is done properly. We also have the right tools and attachments to get right up against the edges, up on stairs, and anywhere else that may be hard to clean. This is the longest step in our carpet cleaning process, but it helps to ensure the best results.

Inspection & Second Cleaning

After we go over the whole carpeted area, we will take a close look to make sure everything is properly cleaned. If it looks like there are still areas that aren't as clean as they should be, we will go over the entire area again. Depending on how soiled a carpet or rug is, we may have to go over it several times. Our team will keep working until the entire carpet is completely cleaned.

Additional Services

Once the carpets or rugs are completely cleaned, we will perform any additional services that are needed. For example, many people want us to clean their upholstery while we are out to do the carpet cleaning. This is a great way to make sure the entire room is fresh and clean. Our cleaning machines have the necessary attachments to clean any type of furniture, so we can certainly get that done for you.
